Craftsman’s Warranty and Quality Guarantee
We guarantee our cabinetry against defects in materials & workmanship for ten years from production.
This warranty does not cover cabinetry which has been incorrectly installed, exposed to excessive loads, or otherwise used in any manner contrary to its intended purpose. Our cabinetry is not covered if installed in damp or wet conditions, or extremes of temperature.
The hardware within our cabinetry is covered by its own warranty, so you do not need to register your hardware.
However, the end user must register their sinks, taps, quartz surfaces, and appliances with the individual manufacturers. To validate the warranties for each product, they must be registered within two weeks of installation.
Delivery
All deliveries are carried out by Culshaw’s in-house delivery team. We do not use subcontractors or freight companies to deliver our furniture and take responsibility for any damage which could occur during transit. We are not responsible for damage after delivery has been completed. Any damage during installation is the responsibility of the installers.
Installation Policy
We can provide dry fit installation, which means we install the cabinetry element of the kitchen but do not connect the water & electrical services. We only offer an installation service within the North-West. However, we can offer delivery for furniture nationwide for clients to use their own local installer.
We do not offer any building services, though we can advise when preparing your room for a kitchen installation.
Payment Terms
Local installations within the North-West:
50% Deposit with order.
40% Start of Installation..
10% Balance After Completion..
